For a fair future
As the IMO, the initiator of this international day, points out, seafarers are on the front line of the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic and are facing difficult working conditions linked to the uncertainty and obstacles surrounding access to ports, supplies, crew changes and repatriation.
Once again this year, 91¿´Æ¬Íø is joining in this day of solidarity calling for a fair future for seafarers and is supporting the IMO's themes on Seafarers' Day 2021 : fair treatment of seafarers, fair working conditions (in accordance with the ILO Maritime Labor Convention), fair access to training, safety and well-being.
All the Group's employees have a special thought for the 91¿´Æ¬Íø seafarers who do their job with professionalism on all the seas and oceans of the world.
